DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 800 PM PDT (0300 UTC), the center of Post-Tropical Cyclone Ignacio was located near latitude 20.1 North, longitude 115.0 West. The post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the east-southeast near 7 mph (11 km/h), and a turn toward the southeast and south is expected on Wednesday. Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts. Weakening is expected, and the system is forecast to dissipate by Wednesday night.
