DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 200 AM PDT (0900 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Narda was located near latitude 19.1 North, longitude 125.6 West. Narda is moving toward the north near 5 mph (7 km/h), and this motion is expected to persist into Monday. Maximum sustained winds are near 60 mph (95 km/h) with higher gusts. Gradual weakening is expected, and Narda is forecast to become a post-tropical low by Monday. Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 90 miles (150 km) from the center. The estimated minimum central pressure is 997 mb (29.44 inches).
