DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 200 AM PDT (0900 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Nine-E
was located near latitude 10.7 North, longitude 137.7 West. The
depression is moving toward the west near 12 mph (19 km/h).  This
general motion is expected for the next several days.  On the
forecast track, the depression is expected to move into the central
Pacific basin late today.

Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts.
Little change in strength is forecast during the next few days.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1008 mb (29.77 inches).
