DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 200 AM PDT (0900 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Celia was located near latitude 21.8 North, longitude 119.6 West. The depression is moving toward the west-northwest near 12 mph (19 km/h), and this general motion is expected to continue through midweek. Maximum sustained winds have decreased to near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Weakening is forecast during the next couple of days, and Celia is expected to become a post-tropical remnant low later today. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1006 mb (29.71 inches).
