DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 800 PM MST (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Terry was located near latitude 11.9 North, longitude 114.1 West. The depression is moving toward the west near 14 mph (22 km/h), and this general motion is expected to continue for the next couple of days. Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts. Little change in strength is forecast during the next couple of days, and Terry could degenerate to a remnant low or trough during that time.
