DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 900 PM CST (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Terry was located near latitude 9.0 North, longitude 103.8 West. Terry is moving toward the west-northwest near 14 mph (22 km/h), and a westward to west-northwestward motion is expected for the next few days. Maximum sustained winds are near 45 mph (75 km/h) with higher gusts. Some slight additional strengthening is possible during the next day or so. Weakening is forecast to begin on Tuesday. Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 60 miles (95 km) from the center. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1004 mb (29.65 inches).
