Linda is moving toward the west near 10 mph (17 km/h). A turn toward the west-northwest is expected tonight, with that motion forecast to continue through the remainder of the week. Maximum sustained winds are near 85 mph (140 km/h) with higher gusts. Slow weakening is forecast over the next several days.
