DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 200 PM PDT (2100 UTC), the center of Post-Tropical Cyclone Guillermo was located near latitude 18.7 North, longitude 126.5 West. The post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the west near 17 mph (28 km/h) and a westward to west-southwestward motion at a slightly slower forward speed is expected until the remnant low dissipates Thursday night or early Friday. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Gradual weakening is forecast, and the remnant low is expected to dissipate in a couple of days. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1007 mb (29.74 inches). HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND ---------------------- None.
