DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 800 AM PDT (1500 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Guillermo was located near latitude 19.2 North, longitude 125.0 West. The depression is moving toward the west near 17 mph (28 km/h) and a westward to west-southwestward motion is expected during the next couple of days. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Weakening is forecast during the next 48 hours, and Guillermo is expected to become a remnant low later today with dissipation in a few days.
