DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 200 PM PDT (2100 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Guillermo was located near latitude 19.3 North, longitude 119.8 West. The depression is moving toward the west near 17 mph (28 km/h), and this general motion is expected to continue for the next few days. Maximum sustained winds have decreased to near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. The depression is forecast to become a remnant low by Wednesday night, if not sooner, and open up into a trough of low pressure by Friday.
