DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 900 PM MDT (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Guillermo was located near latitude 17.5 North, longitude 111.1 West. Guillermo is moving toward the west-northwest near 13 mph (20 km/h). A turn to the west is expected on Sunday, and this general motion should continue for a few days. Maximum sustained winds are near 40 mph (65 km/h) with higher gusts. Gradual strengthening is forecast over the next day or so. A weakening trend should begin by Monday night. Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 70 miles (110 km) from the center. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1004 mb (29.65 inches).
