DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 200 AM PDT (0900 UTC), the center of Post-Tropical Cyclone Blanca was located near latitude 16.3 North, longitude 115.6 West. The post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the west-northwest near 7 mph (11 km/h). A turn to the west is expected later this morning, and this motion is expected to continue through the weekend. Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts. The remnant low is expected to slowly weaken and dissipate within the next few days.
