Frank is moving toward the west-northwest near 9 mph (15 km/h), and a gradual turn toward the west and west-southwest is expected over the next 48 hours. Maximum sustained winds have decreased to near 40 mph (65 km/h) with higher gusts. Further weakening is forecast during the next 48 hours, and Frank is likely to become a remnant low later today.
