DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 200 PM PDT (2100 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression One-E was located near latitude 12.8 North, longitude 129.5 West. The depression is moving toward the west-northwest near 3 mph (6 km/h). This motion is expected to continue during the next day or so. Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts. The depression is forecast to degenerate into a remnant low tonight.
