DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 200 PM PDT (2100 UTC), the center of newly formed Tropical Depression One-E was located near latitude 12.4 North, longitude 126.5 West. The depression is moving toward the west-northwest near 5 mph (7 km/h), and this motion is expected to continue through Friday. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Weakening is forecast and the depression is expected to become a remnant low on Friday. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1007 mb (29.74 inches).
