DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 500 PM HST (0300 UTC), the center of Post-Tropical Cyclone Kiko was located near latitude 19.2 North, longitude 140.5 West. The post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the northwest near 15 mph (24 km/h). A gradual turn to the west and then southwest is expected tonight through Thursday night. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. The remnant low is expected to slowly weaken over the next couple of days. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1007 mb (29.74 inches). HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND ---------------------- None.
