Twelve-E was located near latitude 12.0 North, longitude 142.3
West. The depression is moving toward the west near 8 mph (13 km/h),
and this general motion is expected to continue for the next couple
of days.
 
Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts.
Gradual strengthening is forecast the next couple of days.
