DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 1100 PM AST (0300 UTC), the center of Post-Tropical Cyclone Joyce was located near latitude 30.4 North, longitude 27.9 West. The post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the south-southwest near 8 mph (13 km/h). A southwestward motion is expected on Wednesday and Thursday. Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts. Gradual weakening is forecast, and the post-tropical cyclone is expected to dissipate within a couple of days.
