Due to technical issues, the National Watch/Warning Product 
(MIATCVAT4) for Potential Tropical Cyclone Nine is currently not 
available. The issue is being worked on but it is not known when it 
will be resolved. Warning information is available in the 
Forecast/Advisory (MIATCMAT4), Public Advisory (MIATCPAT4), and in 
products issued by the NWS local office in San Juan, PR.
