.SYNOPSIS...Weak low pres near the NW Gulf coast near 29N96W
will lift a warm front into the Louisiana coastal waters
tonight. A cold front will move into the NW Gulf behind the low
by early Wed, very slowly sagging S through the end of the week
while weakening. High pres and return flow will dominate Sat
through Sun. A stronger cold front may move into the NW Gulf Sun
night.
