Offshore Waters Forecast for Caribbean Sea, and the Tropical N
Atlantic from 07N to 19N W of 55W.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS...A tropical wave is over the western Caribbean near 
80W. Scattered showers and thunderstorms are within 180 nm either
side of the wave axis north of 14N. This activity is accompanied 
by gusty winds and seas to around 8 ft. The wave will continue to
move quickly westward, however, some development is possible 
early next week when the system moves over the southwestern Gulf 
of Mexico.
