Offshore Waters Forecast for the Tropical N Atlantic from 07N to
22N between 55W and 64W, the SW N Atlantic S of 31N W of 65W
including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS...The pressure gradient between a strong Bermuda High
and lower pressure over Colombia will support widespread strong
to near gale trades over the south-central Caribbean into Sun. 
Gales will pulse tonight offshore Colombia. By Sun night, as the 
Bermuda High shifts eastward and weakens, the trades will 
diminish, with improved conditions into Tue night. A cold front 
will reach the Yucatan Channel Sun night followed by fresh to
locally strong N winds in its wake across the NW Caribbean early 
next week. The front will stall and weaken from E Cuba to E 
Honduras early next week.

.SYNOPSIS...A strong Bermuda High will support fresh to locally strong
trades mainly across the waters south of 22N tonight. As the 
Bermuda High weakens and shifts eastward, the trades will diminish
tonight into Sun night. Beginning Sat night, SW winds will 
strengthen to fresh or strong over the waters north of the Bahamas
ahead of an approaching cold front. The front should reach the 
Florida coast Sun and quickly move eastward, extending from near 
Bermuda to Haiti Mon night. Strong NW winds will follow behind
