Offshore Waters Forecast for the Tropical N Atlantic from 07N to
22N between 55W and 64W, the SW N Atlantic S of 31N W of 65W
including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the central Atlantic will support 
moderate to fresh trade winds in the eastern and central 
Caribbean, and gentle to moderate winds across the western 
Caribbean through Tue. Environmental conditions could become more 
conducive for slow development of a trough, currently located over
the eastern Caribbean, during the early or middle part of next 
week while it moves generally westward at around 10 kt across the 
central and NW Caribbean Sea.
