Offshore Waters Forecast for the Tropical N Atlantic from 07N to
22N between 55W and 64W, the SW N Atlantic S of 31N W of 65W
including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front in the Gulf of Mexico will reach the
Yucatan Channel tonight, then stall and dissipate across the NW
Caribbean through Sat. Fresh to strong winds will follow the
front, persisting in the Lee of Cuba and across the approach to
the Windward Passage through the weekend. High pressure in the 
Atlantic will support fresh to strong trade winds in the south- 
central Caribbean through early next week, with the highest winds 
near the Colombia coast. Moderate to fresh trade winds will 
prevail elsewhere across the east and central Caribbean.
