Offshore Waters Forecast for the Tropical N Atlantic from 07N to
22N between 55W and 64W, the SW N Atlantic S of 31N W of 65W
including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS...

Hurricane Eta is near 13.6N 83.2W 938 mb at 10 AM EST moving WSW 
at 4 kt. Maximum sustained winds 125 kt gusts 150 kt. Eta will 
move inland to 13.5N 83.8W this evening, and weaken to a tropical
storm near 13.7N 84.9W Wed morning, then to a tropical depression
near 14.2N 86.5W Wed evening. It is forecast to become a remnant 
low near 14.7N 88.0W Thu morning. Outside of Eta, scattered to 
numerous showers and thunderstorms will continue to cover a good 
portion of the western and central Caribbean through the end of 
the week, while strong to near gale northeast winds remain over 
the northwestern Caribbean through early Thu, with the exception 
of gale force winds expected over water between Honduras and 
Belize Wed.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending from near 28N65W to the 
central Bahamas and to northwestern Cuba will stall tonight 
before gradually dissipating through Wed night. Northeast winds 
with frequent gusts to gale force south of 27N and west of 78W 
will diminish to strong speeds this morning. Otherwise, strong to 
near gale force northeast to east winds behind the front will
