22N between 55W and 64W, the SW N Atlantic S of 31N W of 65W
including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

more than twice the significant wave height.

11 PM EDT moving WNW at 12 kt. Maximum sustained winds 40 kt 
gusts 50 kt. Josephine will move to 21.0N 64.3W Sun morning, 
22.3N 66.3W Sun evening, weaken to a tropical depression near 
23.7N 67.9W Mon morning, 25.1N 68.8W Mon evening, become a 
remnant low and move to 27.1N 68.8W Tue morning, and 29.0N 68.0W 
Tue evening. Elsewhere moderate to fresh trade winds will 
continue across the south- central Caribbean through early week, 
with strongest winds expected near the coast of Colombia and in 
the Gulf of Venezuela. A strong tropical wave may cross the 
Lesser Antilles Sun night into Mon.
