Offshore Waters Forecast for the Tropical N Atlantic from 07N to
22N between 55W and 64W, the SW N Atlantic S of 31N W of 65W
including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Isaias is centered near 22.6N 75.7W 991 mb 
at 5 PM EDT moving NW at 13 kt. Maximum sustained winds 65 kt 
gusts 80 kt. Isaias will move toward the Central Bahamas near 
23.9N 77.2W Sat morning, then continue moving N-NW away from the
region this weekend. Fresh to strong flow will persist south of 
Hispaniola tonight, then diminish on Sat. A low pressure trough 
will bring increased winds and seas to the waters N of 15N and E
of 60W late Sat night and Sun.

coast of the Florida peninsula to 25.4N 78.8W Sat afternoon, 26.8N
79.9W Sun morning, 28.3N 80.4W Sun afternoon, and weaken to a 
tropical storm near 30.0N 80.4W Mon morning. Isaias will then 
accelerate N of the area and move to 32.5N 79.4W Mon afternoon.
Very large seas in SE swell are expected over a large portion of 
the SW North Atlantic waters near and offshore of the Bahamas 
tonight into Sat. Swell associated with Isaias will spread
