Offshore Waters Forecast for the Tropical N Atlantic from 07N to
22N between 55W and 64W, the SW N Atlantic S of 31N W of 65W
including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS...A weakening cold front extending from Hispaniola to
near Cabo Gracias a Dios, Nicaragua will gradually dissipate
through Mon. Strong winds and large seas will prevail behind the 
front across the Caribbean, with brief gales in the lee of Cuba, 
the Windward Passage, and off the south coast of Hispaniola 
tonight. Strong winds will prevail across the south-central 
Caribbean through the forecast period, pulsing to minimal gale 
force tonight and Mon night.
