22N between 55W and 64W, the SW N Atlantic S of 31N W of 65W
including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

60 kt. Sebastien will move to 23.3N 60.5W Thu morning, strengthen
to a hurricane near 25.5N 57.7W Thu evening, 28.0N 53.9W Fri 
morning, weaken as an extratropical cyclone near 31.0N 49.0W Fri 
evening, and 37.0N 38.0W Sat evening. Sebastien will dissipate by
late Sun. Fresh NE winds will prevail across most of the western
Caribbean through Fri morning, with the strongest winds expected
through the Windward and Mona passages Thu night as high 
pressure builds north of the region.
