Offshore Waters Forecast for the Tropical N Atlantic from 07N to
22N between 55W and 64W, the SW N Atlantic S of 31N W of 65W
including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front has stalled from the Windward Passage
SW across Jamaica to 15N78W to the Panama Canal and will
gradually weaken through late Fri. Low pressure centered near 
10N80W will remain nearly stationary and dissipate by Fri. 
Reinforcing cold air behind the front will support strong to near gale
force N winds W of front from offshore of SE Nicaragua to the 
northern coast of Panama through Sat, generating large seas in 
excess of 12 ft. Large NW swell will invade Atlc waters and 
Caribbean passages late Fri through this weekend and merge with E
swell late Sat through Sun.

.SYNOPSIS...A large and very intense low pres system across the
NW Atlc possesses an expansive area of gale force winds that 
extend southward to 30N between 71W and 77W early tonight. The 
low will continue to move NE and lift the gale force winds N of 
the local region early Fri. Large NW swell will spread across 
the regional waters tonight through the weekend. A trailing cold 
front extends from 30N61W to the Windward Passage will drift SE 
across the local waters through late Fri then stall from near 
31N55W to Hispaniola by Sat morning then meander through Mon.
