more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS...A surface low near 30N72W with warm front E to 28N65W 
will lift NE, and N of 31N by Sat morning. A cold front trailing 
the low to central Cuba will shift E of 65W by Sun. Strong winds 
are expected on the E side of the low, and N of 28N just W of the 
cold front through Sat morning. Winds and seas will subside Sat
