Offshore Waters Forecast for the Tropical N Atlantic from 07N to
22N between 55W and 64W, the SW N Atlantic S of 31N W of 65W
including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS...A stalling cold front from E Cuba to Panama will move
a little further E reaching from Haiti to Panama on Mon where it
will meander through Tue and then gradually dissipate on Wed 
through Thu. Northerly gale force winds will continue along the 
coasts of Nicaragua and NW Costa Rica through Mon. Strong to near
gale force northerly winds elsewhere W of the front will gradually
diminish from the NW through Thu. Strong nocturnal trades will 
resume along the NW coast of Colombia on Wed and Thu nights, with 
near gale force trades expected on Fri night.
