Offshore Waters Forecast for the Tropical N Atlantic from 07N to
22N between 55W and 64W, the SW N Atlantic S of 31N W of 65W
including Bahamas, and the Caribbean Sea.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to locally strong winds will pulse off the
coast of northwest Venezuela and northeast Colombia each night
while moderate to fresh winds are expected in the Gulf of
Honduras at night. Gentle to moderate tradewinds will prevail
elsewhere. Hurricane Irma is forecast to approach the Tropical
North Atlantic zones, reaching near 17.4N 56.0W early Tue, and 
near 19.2N 60.6W early Wed as a major hurricane.
