.SYNOPSIS...The Remnants Of Nadine are near 16.5N 93.0W at 11 AM 
EDT, and is moving west-southwest at 12 kt. Maximum sustained 
winds are 25 kt with gusts to 35 kt. These remnants will 
dissipate this evening. Fresh to strong NE winds and rough seas 
will continue to affect much of the basin into Mon as strong high
pressure builds over the southeast United States.
