Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS...T.D. Nadine will dissipate over inland over northern
Guatemala and southern Mexico through Sun, but may bring strong
NE winds over the eastern Bay of Campeche. Elsewhere, fresh to
strong NE winds and rough seas will continue to affect much of
the basin through Mon morning as strong high pressure builds
over the southeast United States. Looking ahead, winds and seas
will then diminish across the basin through mid week.
