height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong NE winds and rough seas to 11 ft
will continue to affect much of the basin through Sun as strong
high pressure builds over the SE United States behind a cold
front that moved through the basin earlier this afternoon.
Looking ahead, winds and seas will diminish early next week as
the high pressure weakens.
