Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS...Moderate winds across the northeastern Gulf will
diminish today. Moderate to fresh near Veracruz will pulse
nightly through Mon, potentially increasing to strong by Tue
night through midweek. Otherwise, light to gentle winds and
slight seas will prevail across the basin through midweek.
