Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge will remain in place from the eastern U.S.
across the eastern Gulf waters through Thu allowing for gentle
to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas. Fresh winds are
expected near and to the NW of the Yucatan Peninsula at night
during the forecast period due to local effects.
