more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extends from Cedar Key, Florida to
Coatzacoalcos, Mexico with northerly gales behind the front off
Veracruz, Mexico this afternoon. Winds and seas diminish Tue as
the front stalls and starts to dissipate from near Tampa Bay,
Florida to the south central Gulf Tue. Another cold front will
move into the NW Gulf Tue night and cross the basin by Thu, and
will bring brief gales offshore Veracruz Wed. Winds and seas
diminish through Fri as high pressure builds across the northern
Gulf in the wake of the second front. A third front will move
into the northwest Gulf by Sat night.
