.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will enter the NW Gulf early Fri,
extend from near Tampa Bay, Florida to Tampico Mexico Fri
evening, then stall and dissipate in the SE Gulf by Sun. Fresh
to occasionally strong NE winds and building seas are expected
north of the front through Sat.
