60 kt. Beta will move to 27.1N 93.0W Sun morning, 27.4N 94.1W
Sun evening, 27.9N 95.2W Mon morning, 28.4N 96.0W Mon evening,
then inland to 28.9N 96.3W Tue morning. Beta will reach 29.3N
96.0W Tue evening and weaken to a tropical depression over SE
Texas late Wed. A cold front will move through the northeast
Gulf into Mon, bringing fresh to strong NE winds through early
week.
