height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Light to gentle winds will dominate the Gulf waters
through Wed night. Stronger winds are expected in the eastern
Bay of Campeche and the Yucatan peninsula adjacent waters at
night due to local effects.
