.SYNOPSIS...Newly formed Tropical Depression Three near 19.6N
91.2W 1007 mb at 5 PM EDT is moving WNW at 6 kt. Maximum
sustained winds 25 kt gusts 35 kt. Tropical Depression Three
will move to near 19.8N 92.3W Tue morning, strengthen to a
tropical storm near 19.5N 92.8W Tue afternoon, near 19.2N 93.0W
Wed morning, near 18.8N 93.2W Wed afternoon, near 18.8N 93.2W
Thu morning, and move little through Thu afternoon. Tropical
Storm Three will change little in intensity as it moves to the
19.0N 92.8W on Fri afternoon then strengthen slightly as it
tracks northward through Sat.
