Marine Weather HF Voice Broadcast for the Gulf of Mexico

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A ridge over the NE Gulf is weakening. Low pressure
may develop near Louisiana on Sun and drag a weak cold front
across the northern Gulf Mon through Wed. An elongated area of
low pressure over SE Mexico and adjacent waters in the Bay of
Campeche is supporting an area of gale force winds between the
waters E of Tampico and the northern Yucatan Peninsula. These
winds are expected to diminish by Sun morning.

.OVERNIGHT...S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. 
.MON...Variable winds less than 10 kt, becoming NW less than
10 kt in the afternoon. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
