Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong southerly winds are expected across
the western Gulf through tonight, ahead of the next cold front 
forecast to enter the NW Gulf Wed morning. Frequent gusts to
minimal gale force are likely this morning over the northwest 
Gulf. The front will reach from southeast Louisiana to near 
Tampico, Mexico late Wed, from near Tampa, Florida to the 
northeast Yucatan peninsula late Thu, before shifting southeast of
the basin Fri. Winds and seas diminish Fri and Sat as a high 
pressure moves eastward across the northern Gulf.
