Marine Weather HF Voice Broadcast for the Gulf of Mexico

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A weak low pressure trough over the SE Gulf will
dissipate later today or tonight. A cold front will move off the
Texas coast tonight and move E across the Gulf through Wed. Weak
low pressure will develop over the NE Gulf Wed and quickly move
across northern Florida. A stationary front may linger over the
northern Gulf Wed night into Thu. Another cold front will move
across the Gulf waters Thu night through Sat. This front will be
accompanied by fresh to strong northerly winds and building
seas. Northerly winds may reach minimal gale force over the far
west- central waters west of 96W and in the SW Gulf on Fri into
Fri night.
