.SYNOPSIS...A strong cold front extending from the Big Bend of 
Florida to the Bay of Campeche will stall from Tampa Bay to the 
Bay of Campeche by Thu morning, then drift northward and weaken 
through Fri night. Gale force NW to N winds will prevail west of 
the front along the coast of Mexico today.
