height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A weak stationary front over the northeast and north
central Gulf will dissipate this afternoon. Low pressure in the
Yucatan Channel will move west across the western Gulf through
mid week. In the Atlantic, Hurricane Dorian is near 26.0N 73.4W
moving W at 7 kt with maximum sustained winds 130 kt gusts
160 kt. Dorian will move through the northern Bahamas through
early Mon before turning more northwest and moving parallel to
the east coast of Florida toward the Georgia coast through mid
week. With this forecast track, there is a possibility of
tropical storm force winds in the Big Bend area of Florida in
the far northeast Gulf Tue and Tue night.
