Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A weak low pressure trough over the eastern Gulf
will slowly move northward through Sat while producing increased
showers and thunderstorms offshore. The trough will dissipate by
Sun, allowing high pressure to build westward across Florida and
into the eastern Gulf through early next week.
