Marine Weather HF Voice Broadcast for the Gulf of Mexico

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for the Gulf of Mexico

.SYNOPSIS...A weakening stationary front extends SW from the
Sabine Pass Texas to between Tampico and Veracruz Mexico
accompanied by patchy fog with fresh to strong winds W of the
front. An upper disturbance will re-energize the front early
Mon, and the front will move east before stalling again from the
mouth of the Mississippi River to north of Veracruz Mexico Tue.
The front will lift north early Wed, before re-energizing again
late Wed and moving off the Texas coast. Strong to near gale
force northerly winds will follow the front across the western
gulf waters late Wed, increasing to minimal gale force along the
Mexican coast near Tampico Wed night. These minimal gale
conditions will shift S along the Mexican coast near Veracruz on
Thu. The front will sweep southeast of the Gulf by Fri.
